Baby was already on the bottle a lot, and altho willing to DL, but usually ends up crying after every feed. This is because baby has learnt that mommy's breast is for comfort but the 'real food' will come later in a bottle. And because the bottle flow is fast and constant, baby usually rejects the breast when flow slows down. So using this method, we may be able to train baby to suck a lot longer at the breast, and thus provide enough stimulation to increase BM production. Mommy is till trying and doing her best.
